Stone Electrical Ltd. required a new brochure website for their business which provides a wide range of electrical installations and lighting design effects for industrial, commercial and private customers. The website had two main functions, first to provide information to potential clients on the services provided and secondly to display examples of finished projects to a wide range of clients.

Their existing website had been designed and built using a custom designed php content management system which failed when the company who originally built the website shut down. Stone Electrical were no longer able to access the back end of their website and so could not make any changes to the text and were unable to add new projects or news items.

I recommended using a standard freely available and regularly updated CMS like WordPress to ensure that this issue never happens again.
