Chambre d’Hôtes

I originally designed and built a website for La Source a Bed & Breakfast located in Perignac in France in early 2010 which fulfilled all of their requirements. This original website was designed and built using WordPress and while my client was happy with the design of the existing website she was aware of it’s shortcomings when viewed on tablets and mobile phones etc. This was a particular issue for La Source as the ability for potential clients to access the website while travelling was essential and would hopefully increase passing trade. The decision was made to completely update the framework which the existing website was built on to allow for a new site structure and design layout to be put in place as well as ensuring that the technology used behind the website was as current as possible.  The original website had been designed and built using WordPress which made the updating procedure relatively straightforward.

The website is primarily a brochure website which is used to promote the B&B and give potential clients a good idea of the facilities on offer and to supply some information on local attractions. The website was designed and built once again using WordPress so that the website could be easily updated with lots of new testimonials and customer reviews.
