Yes! I design websites with WordPress, a user-friendly content management system. I also provide training either in-person or online to ensure you can be confident updating your content.

Getting Started

How do I get started?

Simply contact me via email on sgodden@ridgesolutions.ie or use my website’s contact form, and we’ll discuss your project needs.

What information do you need from me to start the project?

I’ll need details about your business, design preferences, content (text & images), and any specific features you require.

Do you require a deposit before starting?

Yes, I typically require a 30% deposit before beginning work, with the remaining balance due upon completion.

I work with you every step of the way

Step 1 – Initial Briefing Meeting

A first chat about your requirements.
Regardless of the size of the project I always meet clients face to face before quoting for any work. This means that right from the start, client requirements are the top priority and their needs shape the structure and design of the website.

Step 2 – Agree website structure & quote

A starting point for the website design and build.
Design a page structure for your website based on the initial briefing meeting. This is a starting point and can be adjusted. The quotation for the website is based on this page structure.

Step 3 – Website build

Building the website.
I will start building the website as soon as agreement has been reached on the page structure, design and price. It is important to have most of your content gathered in advance to reduce delays. This includes all of the text content, photographs, logos and documents. The website will not be visible to the public during this stage.

Step 4 – Website testing

Thoroughly testing before publishing.
I will provide access to the development website during this final stage before publication. This is your opportunity to view the website as a customer, check the content, test links and spot any problems. I also advise sending the website to your colleagues to ask for their opinions.

Step 5 – Website publication

Publishing the completed website.
Congratulations! All of your hard work has been worth it and the website is ready for publication.

Step 6 – Monitor website

This process takes a few days. Rest assured, should any technical issues appear in the first 2 weeks I will be sort them immediately.
